Delivery Areas and Rates
- Within Accra: 50 GHS flat rate
- Outside Accra (including Kumasi): Typically 100 GHS
- Note: Some regions outside Accra (including Kumasi and other regions) may be the same rate (100 GHS) or slightly higher depending on exact location and courier availability. We will confirm the final delivery fee at checkout or via phone/WhatsApp after your order.
Order Processing and Cut-off Times
- Processing Days: Monday to Saturday
- Daily Order Cut-off: 7:00 PM
- Orders placed by 7:00 PM are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 7:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
- Accra: Same-day or next-day delivery after processing, depending on courier schedules and your location.
- Outside Accra (including Kumasi and other regions): Typically next-day to 2 business days after processing. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Holidays and Half Days
- On certain holidays we may operate a half day. When we do:
- Orders placed within operating hours may be delivered the same day (subject to courier availability).
- Orders placed after our holiday cut-off will be processed the next business day.
Dispatch and Tracking
- We’ll contact you by phone/WhatsApp to confirm delivery details and fees if needed.
- Where available, we’ll share rider/courier details or tracking updates.
Delivery Attempts
- Please ensure your phone is reachable on the delivery day. If a delivery attempt fails due to an unavailable recipient or incorrect address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Address Accuracy
- Please provide an accurate address, nearby landmark, and an active phone number to avoid delays or additional charges.
In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)
- If you offer pickup: Customers may select Pickup at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready. Please bring a valid ID and order number.
Changes or Cancellations
- To change your address or cancel your order, contact us before dispatch. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible and additional fees may apply.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Notes
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier constraints.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.
